Does there have to be a fatality for there to be charges? Can OR not follow AK’s or other states lead on this? The pastor’s family should file a civil suit against the perp and at least go after the entire GoFundMe amount he had donated in his name after the punch. This is not the playground, but a courtroom where this decorum is usually not tolerated.
